I'm tired of feeling yucky. I want to change my diet and i want to have more vigorous fun with others (e.g.. paddleboarding, swimming, surfing, soccer team, baseball, tennis, climbing trees). I love love the feeling i get after vigorous movement and talking with people i care about! It's like totally blissed out i don't even need mediation. I'm legit IN the state of meditation.
