Same Weight, Different Composition

After losing 10 lb since April, I am almost ready to re join the maintenance club. I have had to revise my fitness plan since late 2020 due to pain, so my composition is a bit different at this # than I am accustomed to. My plan to get all those old pants buttoning again is to start to move toward maintenance and really focus on weight training. I can’t lift too heavy on the bottom due to hip/spine issues. It’s good to be back.

Congratulations (and welcome back to it)!
Figuring out maintenance is a bit of a process in itself, as I suspect you know. But it's very doable, with patience and attention.
I hope you'll have a very smooth course ahead!3
