I am a weightlifter!

Last week I had a low back injury and was out of commission for the rest of the week. I had to take meds that included an oral steroid and muscle relaxers. Not only did I not workout, I ate terribly a couple of days and gained a few lbs. Oh well! Today I was back on my grind. Killer leg & shoulder workout, cardio and eating properly. The 🔑 is always consistent behavior towards your goals. Working out and having a healthy diet is who I am. If you asked people who know me to explain who I am. Those would be part of my description.
