Accountability partner?

I start well and then I usually quit after a week or two. Is anyone in similar situation? I’m a female, 41, 164cm, 56 kg. My BMI is 20.8 ( healthy range ) but my BF is 27%. I would like to go down to 22% . I need to lose 5kg ( I think it’s 12 pounds) . I’m a new (old) mother and because of my baby I don’t always get enough sleep thus my energy levels aren’t always super high. I’m looking for someone who is trying to lose a bit of weight and is tired . But no 19 years old tired - I mean really tired.

Hi. I’m not far off… 40..eek! Short 157cm and weight currently 73kg which puts my BMI at 30 😬 and body fat was about 31% I think. No baby for me though. Basically I used to run marathons, regularly at gym etc, then I suffered with a frozen shoulder last year. I was in agony, not sleeping, couldn’t raise my arm etc so any form of exercise went out the window. So turning 40 last month has kicked me into action - I’ve lost my running mojo, but have joined gym again. Healthy eating has started and I am making a conscious effort to do at least an hours exercise a day, even if it is just a walk. I will get my young body back! I’d love to have you as a friend. I’ve added you 😀0
