Hi name is Diana. I've been a MFP member for awhile however I just started taking it serious. My main problem is that I work Overnights. I've been working Overnights for 3 years and I still can't figure out a routine or when to have my meals. If there's anyone out there that can give me ideas, I'll appreciate it.
