Since I can't run due to fubared knees, and gym's /stationary equipment bore me to death(and I can quit), I tend to power walk,(Cuz you can't quit, cuz you still have to walk back LOL), I power walk my lunch, both my breaks, etc, averaging over 40 miles a week of walking according to my fitbit(and that's having a sit on my butt all day job)
Should I take a day off? Today I'm feeling drained, but i'm not sure if it's lack of sleep or my body saying take it easy. . .I'm not sure if power walks are considered hard exercise. . .

Maybe just take a light walk rather than power walk? You don't have to- but being stuck at a desk job all day sometimes it's nice just to stretch your legs for 20 minutes.0
