Cambridge 1:1 plan Newbie

Just start cambridge 1:1 plan. Going to give a go for one month see how i get on. Has anyone else done this and any helpful tips or words of wisdom please?

This plan seems to be a very low calorie diet, with meal replacements.
The only reason to follow this kind of plan, imho, is if you have urgent medical reasons to lose weight quickly, and under the supervision of a doctor.
Otherwise, I would suggest a more sustainable approach: learning to eat more appropriate portions of real food you are used to eating, and building new habits.
Meal replacements don't teach you how to eat to maintain your weight once you've reached your goal.
And low calorie diets carry health risks, such as muscle loss (your heart is a muscle), gallstones,...0
