Targeting the waist line!

Lets hear what your doing on a routine basis to get your waist line cut and defined. What is your go to movement?

Aside perhaps from stomach vacuum exercises, I don't think anything can target the waist line: you can't spot reduce fat. So just losing fat overall is the best course of actions.
Building muscle in the shoulders and hips might also give the impression of a narrower waist.6 -
Dancing. sucks it in, holds it in place. Get in your groove and dance alot.0

My body's first go-to place to store fat (and the last place to lose it) is my waist line - not sure how I drew THAT short straw. No amount of movement will trim it down on it's own, just losing the fat until it finally gets it off that area.
That said, proper posture, lots of core and balance exercises all help it look better even with the fat there as it makes me tighten up those muscles and stretch up - doesn't actually make it any less fat, but it does look better than when I'm slouching all else being equal.1 -
I stopped buying Honey Peanut Butter at the store. And ice cream! So far, seems to be working a bit.2
