Introduction

Hi, I am new to MFP in terms of the community section. I have used the tracking part of it many times. I am a Type 1 diabetic for 27 years and need to lose approximately 100+ pounds. The pounds just kind of crept up on me over the past 10 years. I have tried many plans and programs and nothing has worked. I do know how to eat healthily, there is not a lot I can change there, but the weight is not coming off. I eat chips and popcorn occasionally but I do not indulge in candy, cakes, pies or other dessert or alcohol so I am very frustrated. I get the exercise and drink approx 64 oz of water every day.
