Hi My name is Kim, I have been on a weight loss journey my entire life and have reached the tipping point where I just want to get to a good weight and stay there. I have about 20 pounds to lose and I am stuck. I would love the support of a community that feels the same way I do. I will be watching this discussion for support as I, yet again, being my journey.

Within 20 pounds is great. Figure out some easy, sustainable habits that result in gradual loss, then can continue almost on autopilot to keep you in a healthy range long term, and you've got it made.
You mention "stuck": If you want help with that, say more. Stuck in what way? Over what time period? Etc.
