Start weight 7.31.22: 257.4lbs
Current weight: 247.4lbs
How awesome to find a group of that is my size, and know my struggles 🙃. I am a 38 yr old wife and mom. I have been over 200lbs my entire adult life. I am ready for changes. I quit smoking last month and have replaced that activity with working out and walking. I am currently getting in 2.5 miles a day and approx 30min full body work outs each day. I keep my calories between 900-1200 a day by constantly grazing on fresh fruits and veggies. My goal for August is mainly to keep fighting the good fight and keep my eyes on the prize. I am setting the goal of 242lbs before September 1.

I can relate… I’ve been over 200 for over 25 years.. I just turned 50 and it’s time for me to change that.

Hello I would love to join a small group to also keep me accountable. I’m also a mom of 3, weigh 240, my goal is 180 but want to keep it a small goal of 220 first then work my way down. Let me know if you like to keep each accountable to reach our goals.0
