Since ther app doesn’t do calories for strength training such as weights, is there a way to just log the # of minutes you were lifting assorted weights?

    Yes, you enter your exercise as Cardiovascular and then 'Strength training (weight lifting, weight training)'. You log the duration of the workout including rest between sets.
