There are no tips or tricks. You cannot spot reduce. Belly fat may be the very last to go (and unfortunately, if you re-gain, that'll probably be the first area it goes to). That's purely determined by your genes. For some people it's their hips, for some people it's the thighs, for a lot of people it's the belly; for me personally, my worst area is lower back.4

I think among men, it's even more likely for the belly fat to be the last off. Hang in there, keep going.
While en route, maybe take a look at your posture. Sub-ideal posture can make belly fat look more prominent. The commonest problems are:
* anterior pelvic tilt (carrying the top of the pelvic bones a little forward of the bottom of the pelvic bones). One sees this somewhat often in men who've had a bigger belly that pulls low back forward, but the posture stays as a habit even when some of the weight is gone; it's also common among women who are sort of motivated to push their booty out to look more prominent.
* kyphotic posture (not actual structural kyphosis), sometimes called "nerd neck". This is the rounded shoulders, chin forward, slump-y posture a lot of us get from spending a lot of time hunched over keyboards, phones, etc.
If either of those are going on for you, they can push whatever belly fat we have forward and downward, so it protrudes more visibly. There are exercises to improve them - like from Bob & Brad (physical therapists on YouTube).1 -
Like others said already, we can't choose where our bodies will lose (or store) fat - I know my mid section/waist is the last to go and the first to put on any little pouch. It sucks, but is what it is. Just keep losing, eventually it come from there too!
In the meantime, I know that practicing good posture and some dynamic core workouts at least help the appearance of things compared to having even a slight slump (especially for those of us whose bodies store it right there!).2 -

For the vast majority of men as well as many women, the midsection is primary fat stores. Primary fat stores are first on, last off kind of thing. I lost a total of around 40 Lbs from 220-180 back in 2012/13 and it was the last 10 Lbs that were night and day where my midsection was concerned. I would wager that most of those last 10 Lbs were substantially belly fat and the last 5 were like 99% belly fat.
It was pretty wild actually because I hit around 190 and was pretty lean everywhere except my midsection and I was hugely worried that my face was going to start going gaunt as it had slimmed and changed a lot from 200-190...but most of that last 10 Lbs came straight off the midsection.
I typically put on around 10 Lbs or so during the winter...it's almost all in the belly.0
