How do you handle log entries when you don't order everything?

Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this. I was wondering how other people handle deviations from food entries? Take for example, a sandwich from Togos (could be anything from anywhere). If a certain sandwich says say.. 700 calories, but that's assuming you get the normal sandwich, if you subtract mayo, avocado, cheese, etc, is it within reason to log say...0.85 or 0.9 of a sandwich to account for the reduced calories/fat/etc? how do you guys all handle entries when you customize items in restaurant?

You can actually log negatives on the desktop version, you just put a - symbol. So if you get it without mayo, you can log -1 TBS mayo and it will subtract the calories and macros from your day. That way you actually end up with accurate macros, too.3
