Postpartum at home strength

I’m cleared by my doctor and ready to work out. Can some one suggest an at home routine for a new mom? I have dumbbells and kettlebells. Not sure where to start as I relied on group fitness before getting pregnant. Thank you!

First, I would decide how many days per week you want to strength train. Then Google, “3 day (for example) workout split dumbbells” and there are lots of good routines already built.
Or you could build your own plan. Again, decide how many days, split into muscle groups, the choose exercises for those days. I just look up, for example, dumbbell leg exercises, and pick and choose.
I wanted something simple so I built my own plan, 3 days a week with 5-6 exercises per day. Shoulders and triceps then chest, back, and biceps, then legs. I also have a Week A and Week B that I alternate between and to keep more variety of exercises.
Hopefully all that makes sense and you have somewhere to start!0
