I agree with the others about tracking your calorie intake. If I stop doing that, everything goes wrong for me. I try to eat all my allotted calories and generally eat half of what I earned from exercise. I allow for life. Like this week has been chaotic because of a personal family emergency and I probably should be eating more, but it’s been insane. There will be days when I have celebrations and I may be eating all my calories. Just try and log it all and generally aim for your goal.
I would advise using the guided setup for what seems like a reasonable, sustainable goal. If you need to readjust it, you can always do that later.0
