Hi I've been using My Fitness App for over a week. I have tried fasting for some time and noticed it was not for me, because being a trucker on the road we don’t get a verity of healthy foods to eat especially Keto type foods. With My Fitness App I can still enjoy the foods I like and log in my food intake and look at my Macros to prevent over eating. This App is Awesome!! Thanks Jay

    Good luck, trying to prepare uoir own snacks and food might help too.
