Trying to conceive and trying to lose some weight. What kind of exercise is recommended?

    Your diet is going to have far more impact on losing weight than any specific exercise. You lose weight when you consume fewer calories than your body requires to maintain the status quo.

    Not for losing weight, but it probably wouldn't hurt to do exercises to build your core muscles, looking down the road to carrying the extra weight in the third trimester and then delivery. Or Kiegels. But ask your OB-GYN.

    Agreed... pelvic floor exercises are a great idea
