Serving sizes are a tool to be able to relate caloric and macro information. As long as you are tracking calories and macros, serving sizes are just a way to figure out how much food you should be eating. I routinely eat double or triple the serving sizes of different foods, and as long as this fits into my calorie goals, that's fine. A few days ago, I ate some gardein beefless strips. There were 3.5 servings per bag, and I ate the whole bag for dinner (and still had plenty of calories left for other food). Don't stress about serving sizes. They are meant as a guide, not a rule.0
