Anyone out there dieting and getting healthy while battling siginificant back issues?
I have severe sciatica, spina bifida occulta, and severe arthritis. I have had 4 epidurals and if this one doesn't take I will require surgery. All I can do is walk, swim, or do yoga.
Looking to support anyone out there and be supported - we can overcome any obstacle and be successful! Let's do it!

I have damaged discs in my lower back and suffer sciatica more than I care to. I'm not sure if you want to call this "significant" but I feel your pain and endure it myself. Please friend me if you like!0
