    You can "Track Additional Measurements" where you create a new measurement on the Check-in page.

    What the glass of milk above said. But just as a note: there's no way to reset your metabolism. You're not a computer. Also, menopause has as good as no effect on weight loss.

    Don't believe everything you read online about how special menopause is, especially on sites that are trying to sell you something (with the reminder that your eyeballs on their ads, and especially your click-throughs to their advertisers - those make them money, too).

    If you feel it's useful to track your temperature, by all means do. I'm a skeptic . . . and my bias is that the simpler we keep our weight management process, the more successful it's likely to be.

    Weight loss went fine for me in menopause, FWIW, as has maintenance since.

    "Keeping things simple since 2015" here, in menopause . . . and severely hypothyroid, besides. Gosh.

    Here's a good article on increasing metabolism:

    Do you want to know how to increase your metabolism?

    If so, there’s something you need to know up front: most of the advice you’ll find is cr**.

    It’s largely a collection of silly myths, dangerous methods, and insignificant things that may technically work but won’t actually be enough to speed up your metabolism to any meaningful degree. How wonderful!

    But I do have some good news. There are 7 proven ways to make your metabolic rate faster:

    @yirara Thank you, nudibranch.

    Did you know I changed my AV so I wouldn't be confused with yours? They made the pictures so small that my green-grass kitten was too close to yours and I needed something that was obvious to me when scrolling the forums!

    Aww, I'm so sorry :(
    To be honest, I sometimes wondered whether you were you or me. the kitty is cuter than the glass of milk though.
