Full Body WorkoutFull body 2-3x per week. I don't have any particularly advanced aesthetic goals. I lift primarily to remain functionally competent as I age...I'm going on 48. Aesthetically I achieve what I want as well. I also have limited time with career, home, wife, kids, youth sports, and other interests and hobbies so a full body routine is the most efficient way to go for me.
I've been lifting since I was about 16 years old with some time off here and there (most of my late 20s and 30s). I did splits when I was in my late teens and into my 20s when I was actively trying to put on size. Being midlife now, it's more about fitness and physical competency.1
