I wear my fitbit pretty much all day and night. I understand logging in my fitness pal (my workouts etc) my question is do I log my "walks"? Since My fitness pal already does the adjustments, am I getting an accurate count by logging walks as well as my workouts? It seems I have to work 3x harder to get a positive adjustment. I am not necessarily trying to lose, I am fairly fit. The adjustments just seem to not make sense.

As it turns out, individual exercises logged within Fitbit will not show as an individual line item within your exercise diary on your MFP account. The calorie burns for those specific exercises are sent to MyFitnessPal and included within the total daily calorie burn pushed from Fitbit to your MFP account. This is then displayed within the details of the MyFitnessPal calorie adjustment in your Diary.0
