Is it possible to chart my carbs vs my glucose using my Dexcom CGM? My Dr. is wanting to see the food causing spikes in glucose levels. I thought that this app imported my levels from my continuous glucose meter. Thanks in advance... new here...

We do not currently integrate with Dexcom CGM, but this is something we may consider in a future update.

Currently, you may want to check out the Nutrition page on the app. There are three tabs within this page that can show you graphs and nutritional data you may be interested in.

As far as sharing your Food Diary with your doctor, this is possible! Currently, Data Export is an added feature is for those with a Premium subscription. You can learn more about this feature by clicking here.

For those using a free account, here are some options that we hope you will find useful.

Using a web browser, log in to your account at on our website. Mobile app users should log in using the same email address and password they use in the app.

Once you've logged in, click the "Food" tab. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "View Printable Report." Choose a date range and click "Change Report." From your browser's menu, select "Print." In addition to printing to paper, you may have the option to save the report as a PDF, which you could then share by email. However, this feature may not be available on all computers.

Another option is to set up diary sharing. If the individual with whom you wish to share your diary creates a MyFitnessPal account, he or she can view your diary at any time.
