Please help me & how do I add friends?

Starting again & need all the support I can get. I love giving ^5’s so you can definitely count on me to be there for you as well.

I’d love to add friends as well but don’t know how. Can anyone tell me how to do this?

To add friends:
- enter their username here: https://www.myfitnesspal.com/user/search
- go to their profile and you should see a button to add them as a friend

You can click their name,
- click View Profile
- click MyFitnessPal Profile
- click the People Group icon

Voila!
