Nutrition info source for new database entries

When I enter a new food into the database, I'd like to have a field after nutrition stats to enter where I got this information so I can put in the website link (like this), so other people have more confidence in the entry and also to make it easy to confirm it's correct or if it's changed since the entry been created.
It would also be great to add a location (even auto add location based on my profile) in the entry to account for regional differences, to avoid clutter of conflicting entries and avoid reporting food as incorrect. For example, sodas in Mexico typically contain sugar, in US - corn syrup and in UK - sweeteners to avoid the sugar tax, but are still all sold under the exact same branding.
