it says I only lost 2 lbs- my starting weight was 331 but is now 319, I'm worried this will effect my daily needed calories? I thought it was supposed to go down a bit for every 10 lbs lost and I don't know how to fix it

If you want to update your calorie goal, change your activity level and/or goal weight loss rate, and then change them back. You should have an updated calorie goal. (In theory it should update automatically but it never did for me, or many others).
The other issue of your total weight loss not being correct: I would check your goal settings, sometimes the start date or starting weight is incorrect.0
