I've been using MFP off and on for a year, but now I've been consistent for a month and (shock!) I'm seeing changes! I haven't really commented on the community boards much before, so I wanted to introduce myself since I hope to do more commenting now.
I am currently doing C25K (I have never run before this) and I just started NROLFW which I love. I've lifted heavy for awhile now, but I was derailed by life events and chose NROL to jumpstart back into it. I've only done a couple of workouts with it but so far this is my favorite lifting program.
