Everyone loves a comeback story and this is mine I experienced heart failure and my vision was gone but now it’s coming back slowly I’m working out just like I used to and now I’m cooking I’m working on getting back to my old self let’s hear your voice and let’s encourage one another

    Good for you!! It is never too late to make a difference, one day at a time. You will get there and it is ok if it takes a while. The main goal is to keep going and never give up! Stay strong!!

    Lost 35 lbs in 2020. Didn't know how to eat once my weight loss goals were achieved so gained back 15. Now back on track and I think I know how to eat. Sweet tooth and binging - hoping they are out the door for the most part.

    Your comeback after serious illness is wonderful. The body is a great healer if we give it a chance. Thumbs up!

    I'm Congestive Heart Failure. I'm so glad to see how well you are doing!! I didn't really cook before CHF, but I do now. NOT as much as some, but I do. No doubt you have a ways to go? I DO!! I am down 119 lbs, with another maybe 20 to 30 lbs at the very most to lose.
