My new plan

I went through this once before menopause. I quit smoking, and suddenly that wound up metabolism I enjoyed my whole life vanished. I started using my fitness pal to track my macros and exercise, hired a trainer, and went at it. I lost 30 lbs, then discovered powerlifting. I started competing and was hooked. Then covid came, and it started over again. After my last meet, I made a decision and a contract with myself. The first line on the contract is not to ingest anything that will not help me reach my goals. The last line was I will not bargain with myself. I will hold myself to high standards. Then I made a list of goals.
I don't have time to always food prep, or shop, but I find there are a great amount of prepared foods that are very healthy. Grocery delivery services also keep my refrigerator and freezer stocked with good choices. I have a new gym and coach, and I'm planning to use my fitness pal once again to get to a comfortable weight, and to tweak my macros for optimal strength.
20 lbs to go until I reassess.
