I've been reading the forums for a while and don't see anyone quite like me. I'm 78 and goal is to lose 10 pounds. I have a Fitbit which I don't think is tracking my mileage correctly. Last night I rode my bicycle over the route I've been walking and the odometer on my bike reads higher that the mileage on my Fitbit. Perhaps it's my bike odometer that reads high. At any rate, this program is great for monitoring exactly what goes in my mouth and I will continue to use it to monitor my diet after I reach my goal.

I can’t help you with your Fitbit tracking, but I love your dog pic!0

Hi! After discussing this with friends, we reached the conclusion that the Fitbit watches work with your arm movements. When I do the washing up I reach a new goal haha! So I hope that helps explain why whilst on a bike it didn’t register so many steps0
