RunKeeper Run for Fat Loss plan beginning Sept 2

I'm looking for a support/accountability team for when this new Run for Fat Loss program begins on September 2 through RunKeeper. Would anyone else like to join me? I will caution that they recommend you have some running experience before beginning the plan...the first week's runs are 30 minutes each and they build from there.

    I am on that plan!

    Did the 3:3 intervals this morning and it kicked my butt!!!

    Glad to see someone else is doing it!!!

    It's similar to the Couch to 5K program I did last year, in that you have prompts telling you exactly when to change what you're doing to the next thing. Today's run was 3 minutes of fast running followed by 3 minutes of slower recovery. I've never done intervals before and it kicked my rear end! But I completed 40 minutes with only a little walking, and I can see my times getting better and better.
