Does anyone know what a "Tiled" size is...?!

This is completely unrelated to weight loss. I guess unless you count that I've lost enough weight to be considering these pants... Anyway: I'm trying to order pants on amazon.com. I told them my measurements:
Waist: 28.25" at smallest point
Hips: 37.5" at largest point

They respond with these measurements for the pants:
US6/UK8/EU36: Length:92cm/36.22"(approx); Hip:40cm/15.74"(approx); Waist:36cm/14.17"(approx)
US8/UK10/EU38: Length:93cm/36.61"(approx); Hip:41cm/16.14"(approx); Waist:37cm/14.56"(approx)
US10/UK12/EU40: Length:94cm/37.00"(approx); Hip:42cm/16.53"(approx); Waist:38cm/14.96"(approx)

I respond asking if the pants are a half size or if the measurements go all the way around. They responded:
half way thanks, all the size is Tiled

WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?!?!?!?! I haven't asked them yet because they are giving me round about answers for lack of speaking English very well (which, whatever, but answer my question!)... DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT A "TILED" SIZE IS???

Any help anyone can give me is most appreciated. <3<3<3

You wrote this in 2013, and no one has answered? :( I am looking for the same answer!

In pants ," I think", tile means no give or stretch verses tensile which means there is stretch in the material.

I went on a deep search...to find that tiled measurement means like actual measurement
