I HAVE to wear a belt with all of my jeans/shorts.
I did squats...in the gym...in front of people......of both sexes.
I kept up with my logging despite being super busy.
I didn't let this breakup get me of track with ANY of my goals.
I started training with free weights to get even muscle development on both arms.
I did not take any elevators in my class buildings even though I was sore.
I used exercise as a stress/emotional release after this break up and also a reward after getting an a on a quiz.
I am starting to see that sexy dip down the middle of my back.
