Weight loss is not linear, our bodies are comprised of much more than just our fat mass. Fluctuations of water weight and food waste in our system happen daily.
Working out when you're not used to it can lead to water retention for muscle repair, masking fat loss on the scale. So can hormonal fluctuations, hot weather, stress, lack of sleep... And your digestive tract can hold more or less food waste.
Look at your weight over at least a month (or one menstrual cycle for women) instead of focusing on short term fluctuations. You could also take measurements and others pictures to track your progress.
Just be patient 🙂0
