Just looking for some friends to help with motivation and tips along this journey

Any friend request or tips are appreciated! I'm 6 weeks into my journey 15lbs down quite a bit more to go. Lifting and cardio main exercises some yoga and beginners kickboxing. Nutrition is a struggle I stay to my calories but not able to eat the healthiest do to I have no choice in what meals are prepared. I work on a line boat and live on the boat for 28 days at a time some times longer.

    I have sent ya a fr, I have loads to lose and joined here a couple week back as had hit a brick wall as we all do sometimes and now I have a total loss of 3 stone (42 lb)
