Strange question (Weight gain)

Hello I just wanted to ask a question here. I am looking for different opinions. Does anyone think a lack of sexual intimacy contributes to weight gain?

Truth. It's the other way around. 🤣 Are you married? Don't answer that.

No excuses now. Get with it and turn that horse around. Neigh...neigh.

Not directly, no. But if someone is frustrated and/or feels rejected by their partner, I can see how they may dive into a pint of ice cream or a bag of chips or whatever (basically "emotional eating").

Maybe if you are eating your feelings, but weight gain comes down to calories in vs calories out. Period.

You can do this. Log everything you eat/drink accurately and stay inside your goals.
