Hi guys
Im 16 months post op from my bypass and have lost over 68kg, now im looking for some friends to help me stay on track
I have some health issues and have been very ill recently and lost myself for a month and couldnt eat barely anything , and im struggling to get back to eating the right amounts etc
Fancy coming along for the ride ??
