I don't had have any great advice, but just wanted to say I'm right where you are! I had a daughter October 2020 and my second Dec 2021. I feel like I'm finally getting back into the groove where I can start focusing on myself a bit more.
One thing that's helped me recently is trying to get my workouts in. For some reason exercise has a side effect of making me eat better because eating crappy before or after working out makes me feel nauseous.
