Cannot diagnose this in back

Nagging persistent grind and click when push shoulder blade back
It’s not painful but when try scalpula snapping relief exercises it’s not changing it
Tried videos to stop shoulder clicking you tube and posture changes which just aggravate especially wall angels and neck chin tucks
Sitting in a passenger seat in a car constant irritating sensation in right area over shoulder blade
Get pinched nerve sensations in delt area right delt like a taught stretched elastic band inside always being pulled

I have what the doctor called a snapping scapula. Basically, the shoulder blade rubs against my upper ribs. Not painful, just noisy in my case. I have almost no upper body muscle or fat, which seems to be the cause, though bursitis can also cause it. According to wikipedia, you can fix it with PT or cortisone injections or ultimately surgery if nothing else works.0

I agree with Chef_Barbell: You want a doctor or physical therapist, not us general-population random idiots on the internet. Someone who does an in-person evaluation is best, because similar symptoms can result from different underlying causes. We randos could hurt you.2

Given that even a qualified medical professional would not diagnose this issue without actually seeing you at their practice, why on earth are you asking a bunch of decidedly NOT qualified medical professionals on an internet forum? If one of us told you, "oh it's DEFINITELY XYZ," would you believe us?3

Well that’s the point isn’t it everybody is random strangers and they could help if they’ve been through similar issues
Medical problems are all over mfp from torn this and pain here and there

If people are posting pretty specific diagnoses (like, say, "kneecap arthritis", "torn meniscus", "frozen shoulder", "tennis elbow") that are somewhat common, then others with those diagnoses will chime in with their experience.
Even some general symptoms sometimes suggest common sense solutions ("Knee pain when walking/running? try pool exercise so weight is supported.").
You have a set of unusual symptoms, with no indication of the underlying cause.
On almost any thread, random ignorant people may be willing to diagnose your unusual symptoms . . . then recommend something off the wall that will make the underlying condition worse. Do you really want that?!?
Find a professional. Orthopedist, osteopath with manipulation specialty, or qualified physical therapist would be good choices. Even a good, credentialed, sports-med-qualified, experienced massage therapist would be better than us randos on the internet. Or an acupuncturist, maybe even, if there are good ones where you are.
FWIW, in the "random idiots" realm: I had some pinched nerve symptoms, and at a separate time some of that tight/pull sensation (but in rear delt/lat kind of area).
The former was nerve impingement: I needed a physical therapist, and what they did resolved it.
The latter was helped by a really excellent massage therapist, but didn't really resolve until I got appropriate physical therapy. (In my case, it was caused by extensive scar tissue in my chest from surgery and radiation therapy. If you had that, you probably would've mentioned it, eh?) The latter was also helped a little (not resolved) by getting the right glasses for computer work, and improving my posture during that work (I was doing the rounded-shoulders, forward-head thing, with my head tipped back to use the lower section of my bifocal glasses, for hours every day).
It's complicated. I gave you the "see a professional" advice because that's what worked for me personally.1
