Hi
I have been on an arugla salad diet for a week, its very effective for me.
I add to it cucumbers, carrots, and low fat feta cheese.

I hope your eating something else as well? Bit of olive oil on that salad, maybe the odd boiled egg or bit of chicken?
I'm glad it's working for you, but that's because of low calories rather than arugula magic.
Hopefully you already know this, but just in case....Your body needs protein and fats to function. However tasty the leaves are they are not going to provide everything you need.

Define effective. Sounds like it's probably an unsustainable crash diet.1
