I'm back to My Fitness Pal after a while being inactive. I'm an almost-44 year old mother of 8yo twins and wife of a man who loves me as I am. I want to lose weight so I don't have to buy a whole new wardrobe, but it's hard! I have been logging for a week, adding fruits and veggies, drinking more water, eating fewer snacks, and walking more, but the scale isn't budging!

But you’ve got this!!! I have a daughter turning 8 this week and a 4 year old. And a full time job! It’s a challenge most days to make good choices.
