New - again, considering using myfitness to get back into ketosis 100% of time.

I am on a keto diet for mental health reasons. I am bi-polar, and when I am in ketosis, I have absolutely no syptoms of bi-polar disorder. When I tried myfitness several years ago, it wasn't very "keto friendly." Have been reading up, think maybe things have changed. I hit a snag during the worst of Covid, gained weight, had to go back on bi-polar meds. I am sort of back on track but need help now. Hoping to find the support here, at this site. I am back off meds, but too many bad days from cheats. Well, one bad day is one too many with bi-polar disorder! Any comments from anyone? I welcome your input.
