Calorie deficit

A little tip for those who are still hungry after meals on a calorie deficit or diet. Sugar free jelly and skyr protein yoghurt. Takes 10 minutes to prepare and leave in the fridge. The whole container has less than 10g of carbs, less than 1g of fat and 15 grams of protein. Tastes amazing and due to it being all water and protein your left quit full. Defo one of the best things I have found through diet studying 🤤👌 if anyone tries it please let me know
