App freezes since update

My app freezes every time I’m in there now - sometimes several times and I have to close and reopen it. This is ever since the last update a few months back. I’m a premium payer, iPhone 13 with most recent update and the app has most recent update. Not great quality for someone who pays for this app but I work closely with my personal trainer on here. Suggestions? Should I delete and reinstall the app? Thank you in advance.
