I've lost about 6 pounds so far. It was 10, but I have my ups and downs. I'm enjoying the premium app side. I love the little work out videos. I have a hard time on the weekends sometimes and I've really cut down on the drinking of alcohol. So many calories. Did the eating healthy challenge and liked the way they prepared some fruits and veggies. And it got me drinking more water.
