Enhance community boards

It's seems like it could be more user friendly. I think if the layout was different, it may encourage more use. I can't figure out how to friend someone either.

    One that may be helpful is our Frequently Asked Questions page. There is some info attached to this page on how to add friends as well as several other questions you might encounter when using the forums.
