    I tent to watch my carbs, If i keep them in check , it seems that the calories are low, i watch to make sure i am getting enough protein, I drink water constantly, and like to keep my fats low to moderate... So I guess it is Carbs, Protein, Calories, Fat, Cholesterol Please feel free to be friend me
