Returning once again

Each time I begin my journey to fitness and weight loss, I find my skill set increasingly successful. I am over 200lbs and started logging my meals September 1.
I began at my fitness center two weeks before that. I was using the elliptical because I have joint issues. And, then I started dumbell workouts. I printed out a chart and now I start with 10 min warmup on elliptical and then 20-30 min of strength/core. My body responds wildly at times. Nothing painful yet.
I hit a plateau early for days and this is why I am returning. The scale has started ticking downward once again. I hope to be out of 200s this upcoming week.
I am using the above photo as inspiration. I hope to regularly complete 5 mile hikes like I did six years ago, and I am getting ready for a vacation that will prove demanding. I want to lose 30lbs by the end of November.
