I’m a 76 year old female who has reached my goal weight and hope to be able to maintain. Logging my daily food here is a way to keep me accountable. I do need to do some strength training and exercises for better balance. Hope to find my way around this app to help me achieve those goals.

Hello, and welcome!
Congratulations on reach goal weight: That's a great thing, wonderful accomplishment! Maintenance is a little different flavor of challenge, but I'm betting you're well up to it.
I feel like a thing that we have going for ourselves, in our higher-numbered decades, is that we know ourselves pretty well. We know how to exploit our individual preferences and strengths, game our challenges and limitations, to chip away at big goals. Most of us have used those skills several times in other contexts, such as in getting an education, building a career, making a home, raising a family, developing hobby skills, and more.
I'm 66 now, lost weight using MFP back in 2015-16 at age 59-60, and have stayed in the healthy range - with some minor ups and downs - ever since, after around 3 previous decades of overweight/obesity. It's been a huge quality of life improvement for me, as I'm betting it is for you, too. I'm still using MFP as a tool to help with maintenance.
Wishing you much success in maintenance!
